Kelly is looking very chic in that toga… Coachee and her have been together before… I have to say Kelly is looking nice and trim. Just stay out of the sun!!

We have photos! You can’t say we don’t deliver the goods!

FINALLY!!! I’ve got one of the first panoramas in from last night. What a fantastic visual live from the stage!

So yesterday morning on my way out of the bathroom I’m approached by the local news. They ask me if I have any Coachella stories, to which I replied, “oh I have Coachella stories…” I proceed to tell them about how Coachee and I met and all the adventures we’ve gone since 2003. I got her card so I’ll try and find out where they stashed the video on their site so I can post it here. 

On another note, we’ve got plenty of photos and panoramas but when I posted the photos, they were corrupted. I checked the press tent later on and it was PACKED! 

Later in the day we showed the panoramas to the head of Goldenvoice and they gave us all access passes that allowed us to GO ON THE STAGE and shoot our panos. Be patient… the photos are on their way this morning.

Now I have some bad news… Coachee’s neck broke and he’s been in surgery since last night. So say a prayer for him. Thats about it for now… the photos WILL be up by noon today. 

It’s mid-day and our generator keeps going out. I think we just took out our neighbors generator too. I hope Cruise America comes out and serves us ASAP. It’s getting hotter by the minute. The only thing keep us cool are the Coronas.

We’re going to shoot some panoramics right now but we’ll be back once there’s enough content to upload in one go. I missed the Verve soundcheck earlier this AM. I must be hungover…

I got here last night after stocking up on food and drink over at Walmart. Good luck was upon us and we bypassed a long line of RV’s and got a spot. This morning I got my passes and I’m going to check out the Verve. Hopefully I’ll get some good shots with them and I’ll upload them from the press tent.

THE COACHEE

Serve in Highball Glass

1 1/2 oz gin (bombay sapphire)

Diet Red Bull

Pour gin into an ice-filled highball glass, and fill with Diet Red Bull, and serve.

It’s around cocktail hour and I’m taking stock of what we’ll need to bring to Coachella. The number one item that comes to mind is two, gallon size bottles of Bombay Sapphire - the finest gin ever made. Second will be lots of ice, tonic and Red Bull. Maybe a grapefruit for the vitamin C to help prevent scurvy. Beer is heavy and will leave you too full and dried out by the time the sun sets - avoid the beer gardens at all costs - they’ll take your soul… and wallet. Gin. Drink lots of gin. You’ll thank me later.

Plus it matches Coachee beautifully.
